A Harvard graduate and Queens native, she built Moxie Scrubs into a nationally recognized brand serving millions of nurses and earning honors from Fast Company and the Boston Business Journal. She later launched Moxie360, an AI-powered workforce platform that helps healthcare organizations improve nurse retention, engagement, and operational outcomes.
Alicia serves on nonprofit and advisory boards, mentors early-stage founders, and is an active member of New England’s innovation ecosystem.
